明李实撰，1卷。实字孟诚，合州(今四川合川县)人。正统七年(1442)进士。十四年(1449)，瓦剌太师也先统军攻明，经“土木之役”，大败明军，俘获明英宗，后在攻北京时，遭明军反击，北撤，翌年，遣使者完者脱欢议和。时，实任礼科给事中，请行。是书为李实向明廷奏报出使瓦剌，与也先谈判的经过记录。书中对也先送还英宗的决心及瓦剌部众企盼议和之情意皆有详细叙述，是研究“土木之役”后明蒙关系的重要资料。有《纪录汇编》本等。
