编年体史书。六卷。宋末元初佚名者著。作者情况已不可考,根据书中内容推断,大概是宋朝遗老所作。《宋季三朝政要》采用编年体,按年月先后顺序主要叙述了宋理宗、度宗、恭帝(赵)三朝的史迹。前五卷记南宋理宗、度宗、瀛国公 (端宗 )三朝史事 ,无撰人姓名。一般认为是宋之遗民所作。附录一卷记帝日丙 、帝日正事迹 ,题陈仲微撰。记端宗帝昺时期文天祥、陆秀夫、张世杰等的抗元事迹。是书所载宋末遗闻轶事，颇详于他书，可资参考。然记事多较《宋史》简略，叙次亦乏体要，所论得于传闻，失误亦多。本书著录于《四库》史部编年类，另外《学津讨原》、《守山阁丛书》、《辰翰楼丛书》、《粤雅堂丛书》及《丛书集成初编》等均有收录。
