清李圭撰。有光绪二十一年(1895)海宁州署刊本和1931年北京图书馆排印本。本书就闻见所及,博采旁书,并录诸邮报,芸萃而成。专述鸦片毒害中国的经过,乃清廷对于鸦片政策的转变。上卷自英国贩运鸦片来华写至1842年(道光二十二年)鸦片战争结束;下卷自1843年写至1901年(光绪二十七年)。旧籍中叙述鸦片问题,以此书最详,为研究清代鸦片问题的重要资料。
