史料笔记。全书包括正集6卷、续1卷,共7卷。清赵翼著撰。成书于嘉庆十五年(1810年)。赵翼,字云崧,一作耘松,号瓯北,又号三半老人。生于雍正五年(1727年),卒于嘉庆十九年(1814年),江苏阳湖县(今武进县)人。系清中期著名史学家、文学家。乾隆二十六年一甲第三名进士(探花)。曾任内阁中书、军机章京,先后四次扈从乾隆皇帝至承德木兰狩猎,后赴任广西、广东知府、贵州贵西兵备道。此书约成于作者84岁左右,是他平生零星笔记文字的汇辑。内容广泛而充实,既有记述朝廷政要、经济贸易、民族往来、宗教信仰、风俗人情、奇闻趣事、诗文书画、读书心得等各个方面。
