一卷，明陆深撰。陆深，上海人。初名荣，字子渊，号俨山。弘治进士，官至詹事府詹事。本书载录明朝朝章典度及人物事迹。其中不少内容如经筵进讲、漕运、官民田、漕运、南曲、北曲的记载，都是很宝贵的，价值较高。本书有《宝颜堂秘笈》本，今据《丛书集成初编》所选该本标点整理。
