元陈栎撰。四卷。起自伏羲,迄于宋末,于历代帝王之行事,世系之源流,人品之高下,以及兴亡得失,均撮其精要,各为论断。每一代为一篇。自伏羲至五代为二卷,北宋、南宋则各占一卷。南宋止于宁宗。卷末栎自跋,谓理、度二朝,无史可据。书成于至大三年(1310)。
