记述东汉时期政治、经济、文化等制度的会要体史书。徐天麟著。主要版本有明南雍刊本,清岭南学海堂刊本,江苏书局本,广雅书局重编校刊“武英殿聚珍版全书”本,上海商务印书馆“国学基本丛书”本,以上海古籍出版社1978年出版的校点本为最佳。记东汉典章制度等事。取材于范晔《后汉书》,并参司马彪《续后汉书》、刘珍等《东观议记》及《汉杂事》等,仿《唐会要》体例编成。全书分帝系、礼、军、舆服、文学、历数、封建、职官、选举、民政、食货、兵、刑、方域、蕃夷等15门,384事。
