《三国史辨误》三卷，不著撰人名氏，亦莫详时代。《苏州府志》载，陈景云，字少章，吴江县学生，长洲人，少从何焯逰，博通经史，淹贯羣籍，长扵考订，凡譌谬处，能剖析毫芒，所著书凡九种，其四为《三国志校误》，似即此书。然考《义门读书记》中有何焯所校《三国志》三卷，其《魏志·杨阜传》“阜尝见明帝着帽披缥绫半裦袖”一条，称裦袖古今字，少章疑一字衍，检《宋书·五行志》果然云云。此书不载此条，则又似非景云作。疑不能明，阙所不知可也。提要作三卷，四库全书收录时未分卷。
