太平天国纲领性文件。1853年(咸丰三年)下半年在天京(今江苏南京)颁布。太平天国在反对清朝统治和外国侵略的农民战争中,曾设想了“地上天国”或“小天堂”的理想,作为这次革命的目标。这种理想集中体现在天朝田亩制度中,其核心是废除封建土地私有制。其中规定,遍天下土地全归以天王为代表的“上主”所有,确定“凡天下田,天下人同耕”的原则,好坏搭配,平均分配给每个成员。成员以家庭为单位,从事农业生产,兼营种桑养蚕、喂猪、饲鸡、织缝衣裳等副业。
