一卷。宋胡舜申(详见《乙巳泗州录》)撰。宋高宗建炎三年(1129),金兵攻平江,宣抚周望出走。时胡舜申之兄舜陟举家避难。本书即记此事。书中颇有对韩世忠不满之词。近人陈懋恒为本书作《校勘记》一卷。有《京口掌故丛编初集》本。
