明朝吴县人杨循吉著，全书共八卷。记女真部兴起，完颜阿骨打建立金国，至哀宗天兴三年（一二三四）为元所灭。书中重视宋、金、辽之间的关系及其交涉过程，以简明见长。所记女真贵族及其军事民主制真切而具体，于金主亮之荒淫颇多揭露，可与正史中有关记载相参校。本书有《辽海丛书》本，这次整理即以此本作底本。
