宋王致远撰。一册。致远,浙江永嘉人。以文林郎任襄阳监仓。宋开禧二年(1206)十一月,金兵围德安府城(今湖北安陆县),德安府通判王允初率兵固守,相持百又八日围解。致远为允初子,当时亦在城中,因以日记体记其事,书成于嘉定十七年(1224)。约二万三千字。
