北宋庞元英撰。庞元英于宋元丰五年(1082)入尚书省为主客郎中,元丰八年罢职,本书即是这3年多时间的日记随笔。尚书省旧有“文昌天府”之称,故名。六卷,补遗一卷。主要记载有关宋代朝章、典故材料。于元丰年间初行之新官制、朝仪,记叙尤详,为考证宋代典制者所依据。有雅雨堂刻本,《古今说海》本。1958年中华书局有排印本。
