《扬州十日记》是明末王秀楚所写关于清兵在扬州屠城的一本约八千字左右的史书。明弘光元年四月（清顺治二年，1645年（乙酉年）），南明兵部尚书史可法督率扬州军民抗御清军的守卫战失败以后，清军对扬州城内的人民展开了惨无人道的大屠杀，当时的幸存者王秀楚所著《扬州十日记》中记载屠杀共持续十日，故史称此事件为“扬州十日”，此劫扬州死难八十万人。清代列入禁毁书目。
