又称《李泌传》。传奇。唐李蘩撰。一卷。蘩，赵郡中山(今河北赵县)人。李泌之子。是篇子为父传，为传记文学，写泌生平政绩，凡历玄宗、肃宗、代宗、德宗四朝，累为权倖近臣妒陷，数遁隐山林学道，复诏入相。顾问朝廷，提出许多治乱兴邦之策，对中唐政治颇有积极影响。主要情节与两唐书《李泌传》相符合。唯述其智慧过人，深究鬼谷，极尽神秘化之能事，对个人作用亦有夸饰。有《唐人说荟》、《唐代丛书》、《龙威秘书》、《艺苑捃华》等丛书本。又《古今说海》、《历代小史》、《五朝小说》、《五朝小说大观》等丛书均题《邺侯外传》。商务印书馆《说郛》又题《邺侯家传》。
