一卷。宋强至撰。强至字几圣，钱塘 (今浙江杭州)人。官至尚书祠部郎中。本书记宋韩琦事迹。韩琦 (1005—1075)字稚圭，相州安阳 (今属河南)人。曾多次出任边将，仁宗、英宗、神宗三朝宰相，封魏国公，谥忠献。强至曾任韩琦幕僚。故本书叙韩琦遗事颇详。世所传韩琦《重阳》诗：“不嫌老圃秋容淡，且看黄花晚节香”句，即本于此书。有明万历四十二年(1614)徐缙芳刻本(现藏北京图书馆); 《百川学海》(壬集)本; 《丛书集成初编》(史地类)本;《武林往哲遗著后编》又有《韩忠献公遗事》一卷，《补遗》一卷本。
