南宋张师颜撰。一卷。师颜原籍金朝文士，后奔南宋，官至骑都尉。当完颜亮迁都燕京时，张氏曾“握笔东观”，随迁汴京，凡金朝宫廷见闻，京都大事，无不载记，并多追述金初史事与轶闻，对金蒙争战中原描写尤为详尽。其书成于金太和末，二万余字。叙事颇详，简练得体，对话多变，可窥见人物性格，故事性较强，文胜于史。于金末文学著述中不失为佳作。有元至正十八年(1358)重抄本。
