靖康稗史之一。一卷。宋人韦承编。成书年代及作者事迹无考。所谓“瓮中人”即是困于金兵所围的汴京城中之人。此书为编年体,记事起自宋政和元年(1111年)冬,赵良嗣献宋约金灭辽取燕之策;止于宋靖康二年(1127年)四月初一,宋徽、钦二帝北迁。在此书所记内容中,靖康之前的史事极简,只略存缘由梗概;靖康以后则按日系事,记载详细。《瓮中人语》书中所载内容与《靖康要录》、《靖康纪闻》等同类著作相比较,此书则显然具有简明扼要的特点。
