宋叶绍翁著。五卷。全书分甲、乙、丙、丁、戊五集，凡二百零九条，每条各有标题。记叙了南宋高宗、孝宗、光宗、宁宗四朝的朝章国政、名物制度以及时人轶事，尤其是对韩侂胄由得幸到被诛的缘由经过，记述颇详，为他书所不及。书中还记载了南宋著名文学家洪迈、陆游、杨万里、张孝祥、吕祖谦、辛弃疾、陈亮、叶適、刘克庄等人的一些事迹。此书成于南宋理学盛行之时，叶绍翁师承叶適，又与真德秀善。然《四库全书总目》称其“非攀援门户者比”，“所论颇属持平”。清周中孚《郑堂读书记》亦云“足知其是非之公”。今有《知不足斋丛书》、《浦城遗书》、《丛书集成初编》、《四库全书》等本以及中华书局1989年出版的点校本。
