二卷。不著撰人名氏。《宋史·艺文志》的《霸史类》中载有此书。《直斋书录解题》载此书原序文称：“徐铉始奉诏为《江南录》，其后王举、路振、陈彭年、杨亿皆有书。大概六家皆不足以史称，而龙衮为尤甚。熙宁八年(1075年)，得郑君所述于楚州，其史迹有六家所遗或小异者，删落是正，取百九十段以类相从。”据考证，郑君即郑文宝，而《江南余载》即以郑文宝《江表志》(三卷)为稿本。《江表志》现存只有二十四页，皆残缺掇拾，已非完书，《江南余载》一百九十五段虽不全见，但明代《永乐大典》中仍保存了两卷，对《江表志》所缺多有补充。
