佛典注疏。作者与卷数不详。是对《药师经》的疏释。仅存于敦煌遗书中。已知敦煌遗书藏有斯2512号,首尾俱残,标题系据内容所拟。疏文起自文殊请问,终于十二大愿。均系边引经文,边作疏释。所引经文与现存东晋帛尸梨蜜多罗、隋达摩笈多、唐玄奘及义净诸译本均不同,或为僧祐《出三藏记集》卷五所载“宋孝武帝大明元年(457)秣陵鹿野寺比丘慧简依经抄撰”所成之本。历代大藏经均未收。敦煌出土后收入日本《大正藏》第八十五卷。
