密教经典。译者不详。一卷。谓天帝百施与阿修罗战斗,负于阿修罗之幻惑咒术及药力,于是向佛求教,佛授以“金有大明咒”,称能持诵者可克敌制胜,不惧水火刀药,摧毁幻惑等,并授予作法、念诵法。本经历代经录均未著录,历代大藏经亦未收入,仅存于敦煌遗书中。后被日本《大正藏》收入第八十五卷。
