佛典注疏。作者不详。一卷。首尾齐全。自后秦鸠摩罗什译《维摩经》之《佛国品第一》疏释至《见阿閦佛国品第十二》。分序文及释文两部分。在序文中,作者认为大乘可分法相宗、破相宗(指般若空宗)与法性宗。《维摩经》与《华严》、《楞伽》、《涅槃》、《起信》等,均属法性宗。认为《维摩经》以不思议解脱为宗,并将此解释为理、行、报、用、教五种不思议。释文时并非逐句疏释,而是有重点地摘抄部分经文而疏释之,故名《维摩经抄》。释义简略精要。历代大藏经均未收,后被收入日本《大正藏》第八十五卷。
