又名《挟注金刚经》。佛典注疏。作者不详。原著卷数不详。首尾均残,存二百九十八行。原卷失题,据内容拟题。所疏为后秦鸠摩罗什译《金刚经》,自“见诸相非相,即见如来”,起,至“须菩提,若菩萨以满恒河沙等世界,七宝布施……胜前菩萨所得功德。须菩提,以诸菩……。”经文以大字抄写,注释附于经文下,作双行小字。文字简练,释义甚精。历代大藏经均未收,后被收入日本《大正藏》第八十五卷。
