佛教著述。作者不详。原著当为三卷。现存卷下。是《金刚经》的记传之作。依据《楞伽经》及无著的《金刚般若论》、世亲的《金刚般若波罗蜜经论》等对《金刚经》的论释。据书中“具如传译”、“具在传文”等字样,则似另有《金刚般若波罗蜜经传》传世,本书系据该传而作。未为历代大藏经所收。敦煌遗书有收藏,后被日本《大正藏》收入第八十五卷,但为残本。
