一卷。明陈良谟(1482－1572)撰。陈良谟，字中夫(一作忠夫)，号栋塘，安吉人。官至贵州布政司参政。陈良谟性恬淡寡欲，诗文温醇典雅。着有《天目山房集》等。《见闻纪训》是一部杂记见闻的笔记小说。这部书记载的故事多挖掘因果报应，虽然大旨上是出于对人劝戒的用意，但还是语怪者太多。明万历己卯许琳刻本三卷附《碧里杂存》一卷，又《宝颜堂秘笈》本、《续说郛》本、《五朝小说》本等。
