元代文言志怪小说集，旧题元人伊世珍辑集(有作唐段成式或明桑泽撰， 均不足信)。关于书名“琅嬛”二字出典：作者说， 《玄观手钞》 (仙书之类)谓，张华为建安从事，一日遇着仙人， 在石室中， 见到奇书多种。此石室额为“琅嬛福地”。伊世珍希望本书终将成为石室奇书，所以名为“琅嬛”。今本三卷，有清嘉庆《闲居录》附刊本、 《津逮秘书》本、 《学津讨原》本、 《丛书集成初编》本、 《说郛》本(唯《说郛》本为一卷)。本书辑录宋元笔记一百余种中有关志怪的小说或短则，好似读书时随手抄录的札记一般，故价值不大。
