《天妃显圣录》刻本一册,原为日据时期台湾总督府博物馆所购,后移交总督府图书馆典藏,故书上既有博物馆购书日期的签注,又盖有“台湾总督府图书馆藏”之篆章。台湾光复后,该书归台北“国立图书馆台湾分馆”收藏。1970年,台湾银行经济研究室曾将此本点校铅印,编入《台湾文献丛刊》第77种,始流行于海峡两岸,成为妈祖文化研究不可或缺的参考资料。
