清代白话长篇艳情小说。又名《三妙传》、《第五红楼梦》。残存二回。作者传为尹湛纳希。尹湛纳希(1837—1892),成吉思汗第二十八代孙,汉名宝瑛,字润亭,蒙古著名文学家。成书于清中后期。现仅存清蒙文残抄本,藏内蒙古社会科学院图书馆。1998年台湾金枫出版有限公司“世界性文学名著大系·小说篇·蒙文卷”排印明辉汉文译本。本书为红楼梦的衍生作品，在这两回的内容中，作者描写贾宝玉和林黛玉二人发生性关係的经过，弥补在红楼梦中二人不得结合的遗憾。
