御制周颠仙人传，一卷，明太祖朱元璋撰。明史卷九八艺文志三、四库全书总目提要卷一四七子部道家类存目有著录。提要记有「洪武二十六年，太祖亲制此传，命中书舍人詹希庾书之，勒石庐山，后人录出刊行」。明史卷二九九周颠传也载有：「洪武中，帝亲撰周颠仙传，纪其事」。作为元末明初的奇人异士,周颠凭借着朱元璋亲撰的《御制周颠仙人传》而广为人知。
