夫运笔邪则无芒角,执笔宽则书缓弱,点掣短则法臃肿,点掣长则法离澌,画促则字势横,画疏则字形慢；拘则乏势,放又少则；纯骨无媚,纯肉无力,少墨浮涩,多墨笨钝,比并皆然。任之所之,自然之理也。若抑扬得所趣舍无为；值笔连断,触势峰郁；扬波折节,中规合矩；分简下注,浓纤有方；肥瘦相和,骨力相称。婉婉暧暧,视之不足；棱棱凛凛,常有生气,适眼合心,便为甲科。
