五代南唐后主李煜撰。称书有八字法,谓之“拨镫”,自卫夫人并钟繇、王羲之,传授于欧阳询、颜真卿、褚遂良、陆柬之等,流传于当时。记述了擫、压、钩、揭、抵、拒、导、送之法:擫者,擫大指骨上节,下端用力欲直,如提千钧;压者,捺食指著中节旁;钩者,钩中指著指尖钩笔,令向下。
