三国魏钟繇著。载于宋陈思《书苑菁华》卷一《秦汉魏四朝用笔法》。以自然元气宇宙论讨论书法艺术，认为“用笔者天也，流美者地也，非凡庸所知”。书法家创造书法就如天以自然元气赋予万物，产生和创造了地上万物的美。文中还忆其学书：“吾精思学书三十年，读他法未终尽，后学其用笔。若与人居，画地广数步，卧画被穿过表，如厕终日忘归。每见万类，皆画象之。”强调书家学习用笔的重要性，描其艰辛。所谓“每见万类，皆画象之”，主张学书根本上应师法天地自然。其说在中国书法美学上有重要地位。
