轶事小说集。晋郭澄之撰,《隋书·经籍志》著录,三卷。两《唐志》亦收录,并有贾泉注,(“泉”原作“渊”,避唐人讳改)今佚。鲁迅辑其遗文八十四条,载《古小说钩沉》中,是我们当前研究此书最完备的辑本。据《晋书》作者本传载其生活的时代,大约在晋孝武和安帝年间,可知成书的年代,当在裴启《语林》之后的东晋末年。记两晋上层社会人物的言语谈论、人物品评、轶闻琐事等,具有一定的文献史料价值。作为小说,它反映两晋时代的官场争斗,揭露士族人物贪图享乐醉生梦死的生活和虚伪的道德观念,可见时代风气一斑。其中具有积极思想意义的,是歌颂男女真正爱情的故事。
