唐兴平之西有梁生别墅，其后园有梨树十余株。大和四年冬十月初雪霁，其梨忽有花发，芳而且茂。梁生甚奇之，以为吉兆。有韦氏谓梁生曰：“夫木发春而荣，冬而瘁，固其常矣。今反是，焉可谓之吉兆乎？”生闻之不悦。后月余，梁生父卒。
