佛典注疏。作者与卷数不详。敦煌遗书藏本。所疏为北魏菩提流支译《金刚经》,但仅存卷首证信序。序谓:所有教典可分为大乘满字法门与小乘半字法门,《金刚经》乃大乘满字所摄。在科分方面,本书反对采用传统的序、正、流通三分法,而采用十二分法:序分、护念护嘱分、住分、如实修行分、如来非有为相分、信者分、校量分、显性分、利益分、断疑分、不住道分、流通分。据吉藏《金刚般若疏》,此十二分法“盛行北地,世代相承,多历年序,而禀学之徒莫不承信”。由此可知,本书当属北方系统。中国历代大藏经未收。敦煌出土后,被收入日本《大正藏》第八十五卷。
