全一卷。全称慈明禅师五会住持语录。又作慈明和尚语录。宋代僧石霜楚圆撰，黄龙慧南重编。收于卍续藏第一二○册。编集楚圆于袁州广利寺、潭州道吾山、潭州石霜山崇胜院（寺）、南岳山福严寺等处之示众、上堂语，及机缘、勘辨、偈颂等。偈颂之中，除临济宗之三决三句、三玄三要外，亦有曹洞五位之颂。又卍续藏第一一八册古尊宿语录卷十一摘要刊录楚圆语要，题名慈明禅师语录。
