全一卷。宋代曹洞宗僧一辩（又称一辨，1081～1149）问，慈云觉答，林泉从伦附颂。收于卍续藏第一一九册。系青州普照寺之一辩和尚，住燕京大万寿寺时，于宣和年间（1119～1125），聚十方之僧众，试以室中勘验揭提宗纲，设百问示众，众中十身寺之慈云觉遂逐一作答。其后，林泉从伦于每一问答之后附颂一首。本书与从容录同出一辙，皆系曹洞宗之公案集。后世常以之与一辩之门人通玄圆通之通玄百问合称‘通玄青州二百问’，而并行流通。
