全一卷。南宋者庵惠彬撰，宗慧作序，宋淳熙十六年（1189）刊定。收于卍续藏第一一三册。系评论古今禅林之文事，乃有关释儒之随笔论集，凡七十余项，一万余言。禅籍志卷下谓本书之内容研究精密，识见高明，论点公允，且其序文亦堪称绝唱，唯书中所举先儒文词之得失，颇有不当之论。
