全一卷。撰者不详。收于卍续藏第一一一册。分坐禅、入室、请益因缘、沙弥戒文、训童行、劝坛信等五十余项，为初入禅林者阐明日分、月分、年分之诸般规矩作法。书中并无编述者及出刊记，仅由‘念诵’项内所云（卍续一一一·四七九下）：‘白大众，如来大师入般涅槃，至今皇宋景定四年（1263），已得二千二百一十三载’之语推测，此卷约成于南宋理宗在位年间。
