全一卷。宋代僧永明延寿着。收于卍续藏第一一四册。系延寿由禅宗之立场论述佛教之观心玄旨，谓吾人若欲脱境缚、息分别、具足行施与持戒等之六波罗蜜、护持正法、明法相、了四谛、明三藏、降四魔、辨净染等，皆须由观心之法而得成就；若不观心，则一切错乱颠倒，如九十六种外道。卷末附四六俳偶之偈，抒发愿生唯心净土之念。本书继承天台等观心系之思想，援引诸经典中有关观心之文，阐明‘心即大乘’、‘心即佛性’、‘心摄诸教’等观心之要义。
