凡三卷。宋代天台宗僧善月撰。收于卍续藏第一○一册。宋代之天台宗分为山家、山外二学派，四明知礼之门下以正统山家派自居，而善月乃山家派中广智系之论师，本书即其论集。全书由教、观二篇合成，教篇内含：开权通论、声闻化源、无量义经同异体论、性恶义等三十一论题。观篇内含：观境真妄论、三千总别义、十种境界义等八论题。
