凡二卷。明代鼓山元贤（永觉元贤）撰。收于卍续藏第一○八册。收集有关念佛、放生之要语而成。‘净慈’系取自其师闻谷广印之庵号。此书依之而立净、慈二门，前者阐明念佛三昧之解行，后者则戒杀生，劝放生。元贤参谒广印，受云栖袾宏之戒本，禀其禅、净、戒一致之说，唱导以念佛三昧总摄万行，以杀生一戒为众善之首。
