全一卷。明代姚广孝（1335～1418）撰。姚广孝，僧名道衍独庵，精研内外典籍，自我国古典文学，乃至佛教之禅、华严、天台、净土，悉皆博通。本书旨在反驳宋代儒者之排佛论，而谓‘不探佛书，不知佛之底蕴’，并立于华严及禅之立场，对二程（程颐、程颢）及朱子（朱熹）展开批判。
