凡二卷。南宋行霆撰。收于卍续藏第一五○册，题号重编诸天传。改订自神焕所著之诸天列传。记述天台宗伽蓝所安置诸神之由来，并依金光明忏法定其道场列次。举梵天、帝释、多闻、持国、增长、广目、金刚密迹、摩醯首罗、散脂大将、大辩才天、大功德天、韦驮天神、坚牢地神、菩提树神、鬼子母神、摩利支天，并附载日宫天子、月宫天子、娑竭罗王、阎魔罗王等，凡二十天。各依经论详其事缘，并加七言二十六句赞。
