全一卷。明代道衍撰。收于卍续藏第一三五册。就求愿往生极乐净土之一二五人，自文殊菩萨至陶氏十六娘，依次各作七言四句之咏赞一首，并略记其生平。其中五人合述，总为一二二首，计比丘六十四人、比丘尼三人、优婆塞三十八人、优婆夷十人。卷末载有洪武十四年（1381）大佑之跋、十六年性深之跋，并附记宋杨次公之念佛愿文一篇。
