全一卷。著者、刊行年均不详。收于卍续藏第一五○册。内容包括七佛偈之毗婆尸佛至释迦牟尼佛、三十三祖传法偈之摩诃迦叶至慧能大师、佛祖源流诀、五宗次序谱等四项。本书所列西天诸祖之名与景德传灯录所列者相同，然异于付法藏因缘传、圆觉经大疏钞、内证佛法血脉谱等书所列之西天二十八祖之名。清光绪十六年（1890），守一空成将所编之诸家宗派一卷，与佛祖心灯合并刊行，题名宗教律诸家演派。
