全一卷。清代曹洞宗僧白岩净符撰。收于卍续藏第一四七册。系论述禅宗史上云门、法眼宗及天皇道悟所属法系之问题。雪峰广录、颂古联珠通集、佛祖统纪、玄要广集等书谓天皇道悟非属青原行思法系，净符考证编年，推究情理，而据理指陈，言天皇道悟不仅出自青原法嗣石头希迁之门，且天皇道悟与天王道悟二名实系一人，再衍生而有云门、法眼二宗。卷末附录日僧德严养存所撰之五家辨正，赞同净符之说；另附录之日僧日庵一东所撰五派一滴图，则赞同日僧虎关师炼之五家皆 源自马祖一系之主张。
