全一卷。清代僧潮音通旭编，康熙三十五年（1696）刊行。收于卍续藏第一四七册。辑录宋、元、明、清历代于普陀山阐法住持者之机缘略传，自真歇清了、自得慧晖，至潮音通旭、古心明固，计四十三人。然多数禅师仅列名号而已。卷末并附录天岳昼等五位，由他山至普陀山弘法者之略传。
