凡二卷。唐代法琳撰。今收于大正藏第五十二册。书中评破道教之邪说。唐武德四年（621），太史令傅奕上书高祖，以为寺塔、僧尼多于国有害，列述十一条，极力排佛，主张废除佛教、沙门还俗。时法琳等奉敕辨破之，更著书反驳傅奕之邪说，揭示道教之说反于世有害。卷首冠有虞世南之襄阳法琳法师集序。
